Ristal assumes no responsibility for any injury or other damage that our product may cause to the customer after receipt and use. It is the customer’s duty to consult a physician before using any product from our store at www.ristal.se.

The Parties’ obligations and liabilities arising prior to the termination date shall, in all respects, continue in force following the termination of this Agreement.
These Terms of Use remain in effect until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Use at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services, or by ceasing to use our website.
If we consider that you are not complying with, or suspect that you have not complied with, any term or provision of these Terms of Use, we may also terminate this agreement at any time without prior notice, and you remain liable for all amounts payable up to and including the date of termination; and/or, accordingly, we may deny you access to our services (or any part thereof).

SECTION 21 - SMS
By consenting to By using Ristals SMS marketing at checkout and initiating a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you consent to receive recurring text messages (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers and transactional texts, including review requests from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply STOP to any mobile message sent by us or use the unsubscribe link we provided in any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all fees and charges associated with text messages imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

We reserve the right, at any time, to change the phone number or short code we use to operate the service. You will be notified on such occasions. To the extent permitted under applicable law, you agree that we shall not be held liable for the failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of information transmitted via the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action that you may or may not take in reliance on the information or the service.

SECTION 22 - ACTIVATION OF PAYMENTS

The seller may demand payment for the item from the moment it has been dispatched by the seller to the buyer.

If the buyer uses a credit or debit card for payment, the seller may reserve the purchase price on the card when the order is placed. The card is charged on the same day the item is shipped. For payment by invoice, the invoice is issued to the buyer when the item is shipped. The payment deadline is stated on the invoice and is at least 14 days from receipt. Buyers under 18 years of age may not pay by deferred invoice.

We offer multiple payment options to make your purchases as seamless as possible. Through our Swedish Shopify Payments account, you can pay using the following methods:

• Klarna: You may choose to pay immediately, later, or pay in instalments with Klarna.
