WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

SMS MARKETING AND NOTIFICATIONS

Terms of text marketing:
We use a text messaging platform subject to the following terms. By agreeing to our text marketing and notifications, you agree to these terms.
By entering your phone number at checkout and initiating a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form, or a keyword, you consent to us sending text messages (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and offers via SMS. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Your phone number, name, and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform "SMSBump Inc," an EU company with offices in Sofia, Bulgaria, EU. This data will be used to send targeted marketing messages and notifications. When sending text messages, your phone number is sent to an SMS operator who delivers them.
To unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link provided in any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of unsubscribing, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a valid way to unsubscribe. Message and data rates may apply.

DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or if you violate our terms of use.

SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card details. It is encrypted via the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. When complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways comply with the standards set by PCI-DSS and managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information from our online store and its service providers.

SMS

We value your privacy and the information you consent to share in connection with our SMS marketing service. Our website uses cookies to keep track of items you add to your cart, including when you have abandoned your checkout. This information is used to determine when reminder messages should be sent via SMS.
